Mariano is originally from Asturias, Spain. A CORU (State Registered) Physiotherapist, a registered massage therapist with the Irish Association of Physical Therapists with over 10 years’ experience also in fitness coaching. Working in banking and finance executive high-pressured roles, he began training with a Strength and Conditioning coach to take control of his own fitness and health. Following a natural path of career progression in health care, Mariano developed an interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and became a Physical Therapist as well as a State Registered Physiotherapist after graduating from the Irish Institute of Physical Therapy. Our mission is to provide through a holistic and evidence-based approach, advanced fitness coaching and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, transforming how you move, fuel and regenerate to achieve your full potential. Physicality understands that with a person’s medical condition, injury or discomfort, it is not just the physiological condition to consider, but also psychological and social factors, in the quest for optimal health and wellness. We use a holistic approach to physiotherapy addressing the whole person, utilising latest research and evidence-based rehabilitation methods. A dedicated personalised attention is provided explaining each case in detail to help you develop a better understanding of your body and the treatment provided. All services are delivered in a fully equipped treatment room with access to gym facilities. Post-treatment, a tailored online program of rehabilitation exercises, each demonstrated in short, easy-to-follow videos, is provided for you to complete as instructed.
