Bodycoach is a private one on one Boutique personal training and fitness gym where you can apply personal targets for any goals you wish to achieve, then work with your trainer to achieve them. On the first session we will assess your requirements, fitness and strength levels, provide you with your own training materials which will be permanently available to you online or on your smartphone, we will also set weekly goals for you to achieve so you can have a road map for when you should aspire to reach your goals. The gym is located beside the Red Cow Hotel, Clondalkin, Dublin, in Macho Martial arts which is easily accessible by car, Luas (red line), and bus.
