What is Amatsu? Amatsu is a gentle form of hands-on physical therapy. It seeks to correct imbalances in the body thus improving movement and relieving pain. Amatsu uses a range of techniques (including soft tissue work, structural adjustments, balance to the organ system and cranial work) based on western scientific principles of anatomy, physiology, biotensegrity and proprioception.
