CL Meats is a family run butchers conveniently located just of the Kinsale road roundabout opposite Harvey Normans. Mark O'Sullivan, proprietor of CL Meats comes from a long line of knowledgeable butchers and with his shop continuing a long tradition of family history in the butchering trade. Mark's great grandfather started his abattoir and retail shops in Carlow in the early 1900's. His grandfather Michael Byrne and grandmother Kathleen Byrne settled in Cork after their wedding and opened their flagship shop at 45 Oliver Plunkett Street, Cork in 1930.
