‘Healing Light Energy’ is all about bringing balance and healing to the person’s energy field which then allows the body to begin healing itself. Life energy (which keeps the body alive!) flows through and around the body like an electrical current. If this energy cannot flow freely for any reason then the person’s health can be adversely affected and may manifest in physical pain, stiffness, lethargy, depression, emotional issues, lack of energy and many other more serious conditions. I began to learn about this life energy in 2009 as I constantly came across articles about how the body can heal itself and was very much drawn to training in Bio Energy Therapy.
