Rope Access Ireland ® (RAI) © has been in operation since 1999 as a sole trader under the name Adrian Mc Mahon T/A Mid-West Communications ® 209104. In 2009 Adrian Mc Mahon Director and owner decided to incorporate the business under a new name A & S Mc Mahon Communications Limited ® 466651 T/A Rope Access Ireland ® 442083 and have primarily operated as a Business Support Services Company in the Telecoms and Transmission Sector. In recent years we have expanded into a variety of areas including - Specialist Access, Training, Specialist Access Equipment Sales, First Response / Rescue Cover & Safety Consultancy.
RAI has delivered training to a large number of clients in a wide range of sectors including utility, government agencies, telecommunications, wind energy, construction and film/TV companies.
RAI has developed rescue plans and devised training courses for rescue of personnel from all aspects of working at height.
We are widely recognized as specialists in the area of "Work at Height" and this has been due to our wide range of experience and acting on a consultative basis with various Government Agencies and Industry.

Rope Access Ireland has three, Level Three Rope Access technicians and one Rope Rescue Level 2 Technician / Instructor, Two First Responders, One Medic, Three Advanced Paramedics.
An extensive knowledge of Current Legislation, Codes of Practice and H&S guidelines not only enables us to incorporate the correct Safety Standards into our projects but also to advise our clients on the best way to adhere to such regulations.
