Once manovering to get the wheelchair up small step in front of the door "Can you get out your wheelchair to the basin ". These simple questions should have been asked when first giving the appointment . No additional mobile washing facilities available to facilitate the wheelchair user. Leaving the client to feel dejected for being in a wheelchair, and left with "Oh Sorry bout that". Talk about being treated as second class citizen.
