I run WEB Lettings, a landlord‑first letting and property management service in Dublin. My focus is simple: clear communication, legally safe documentation, and a no‑nonsense approach that protects landlords from risk.

I built every part of the service myself — onboarding, tenancy agreements, inspections, renewals, and RTB‑compliant documentation — so landlords get clarity and zero ambiguity. No jargon, no hidden fees, no surprises.

I work particularly well with builders handing over new units and investor‑owners who want a fast, clean, predictable service. My approach is practical, structured, and designed to remove friction at every stage of the tenancy.

I also wrote The Landlord’s Bible, a plain‑English guide for Irish residential landlords that helps landlords understand their obligations and avoid common mistakes. Fully updated to reflect the major legislative changes that occured 1 March 2026. Everything I produce is designed to make the process clearer, safer, and easier for landlords.
