Excellent staff, excellent service - very poor process. The manager especially couldn't have done any more for us, but 17 days & still no glasses? I ended up getting a refund & going elsewhere which is unfortunate as the service in Specsavers was appalling - but at least I got my glasses the next day. I was a customer in merchants key for years & am so dissapointed in the new place. How do they expect people to wait so long for glasses? It's just not practical & such great staff are severly let down by their product

Can't fault the staff, very helpful & really made both my parents feel comfortable. Nice to feel that we weren't being "sold" the glasses which is the impression I got from my opticians. I'm due to have an eye test in the summer, I'll be coming back here.

Absolutely hopeless service and ‘Nina’ on the front desk was nothing but rude on every occasion I had to deal with her. The ‘Express’ part should be removed from the name as there is nothing ‘express’ about their service. I am still waiting for my glasses 2 week after ordering (and paying!) for them and was told today “maybe next week”. Would not recommend using this store.

Express should definitely be removed. I went into Patrick St branch in Cork city early April , got test fitted same day.. 6 weeks later 16 may I'm Still waiting for my glasses.. Only plus point I found is that I found staff are very friendly indeed..
