Dire. Item was returned without our consent. This is a christmas present and was due a week ago. No answer on phones, no reply to emails, twitter, facebook messenger etc....

I agree this company is a joke, order not deliverd 2 weeks after promised date, no customer service, no respond, i never had probs with littlewoods, running after them now to get a refund, never buy again , had to pick star, but i give none,

This company is a joke, first i was not looking for credit. I just wanted to buy LOL for my daughter which was part of her Christmas list.
I paid fully then they asked me to register after I paid, then they declined.. For god sake I paid you for a product upfront how can you decide not to sell me.
You have ruined my daughters Christmas.. I pray to god this will happen to you
