Tyres r Us, Westport

Car leaking coolant. They put it on ramp and said it needed head gasket! Other garage said could be thermostats housing so I ordered part and let tyres r us fit it. Was told to drop car off 9.15 phoned at 4 spoke to mechanic to be told it had not been looked at yet and he had NEVER fitted one before! Eventually got a call to say its ready and nothing wrong with the thermostate housing but they fitted the new one anyway! So now i had a 80 labour fee plus i could not send my new part back which cost 106 euro. CAR STILL LEAKING COOLANT. Manager said he was not asked to diagnose the problem even though it was in there for a leak and he refused to refund me the Labour costs. They would not look at my car the next day as y were too busy. I took it to pit stop who put a new pipe on in no time. LEAK stopped! What was that bout needing a new head gasket? Out to rob me one way or the other.
