TRUE HORIZON provides a confidential counselling service using an Integrative approach, which means drawing on and blending different types of techniques, depending on the client's needs e.g. Humanistic (Person-Centred), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness amongst others. Additionally, I am a qualified Occupational Therapist and when I feel it may be appropriate for my client's progress I employ some of these skills. e.g. goal setting; developing skills; supporting independent living; structuring daily routine etc.
