I strongly advise against this place. It has been a complete scam from the beginning, and I would never recommend it to anyone, even if they paid me.
Despite their initial kindness, they have been untruthful in their attempts to resolve a problem that they caused.
I have exhausted all options, including small claims procedures, and have yet to receive a response.
I will inform my family, friends, and their acquaintances not to purchase anything from this store and to spread the word about their poor service.
Although the salespeople were helpful, the repairman was not, and unfortunately, I must share my negative experience in its entirety.
