Niall T P o'sullivan, Adrian Stokes and Amanda R Stokes t/a Stokes & Co, Solicitors 9 Sheares St, Centre, Cork have been sued by Vivian Carter for; NEGLIGENCE and BREACH OF DUTY and BREACH OF CONTRACT with regard to a Court case between CARTER-V-ROSS. Details online under CARTER-V-ROSS also under Phyllis Mulcahy Waterfall, Cork This firm of solicitors DESTROYED me, at the end of it all, their Insurers left me with a €70,000 shortfall in actual costs of the case.
