St. Brigid’s Credit Union has been part of your community for 50 years. #We serve the financial needs of members on a not for profit basis. We offer a range of savings, loan products and additional services. We are owned and controlled by you, the members. We are run by a voluntary Board of Directors, elected by the members at the Annual General Meeting. We are a community based Credit Union supporting the financial wellbeing of local people, anyone living or working within a 6-mile radius of Clara or Moate can join St Brigid’s. Why ARE WE DIFFERENT? NO one member owns the Credit Union. Surplus Income is RETURNED to the member by way of a Dividend / Interest Rebate. When you’re saving or borrowing you will get a FAIR deal.
