An elderly member of my family travelled over an hour to a pre arranged appointment to be told the person with whom she had the appointment was not there.Upon explaining her trouble with her eyesight she was told to consider sitting closer to the TV and sent on her way No eye exam No apology. What a disgraceful way to conduct business.
