We recently got John from Snag List Dublin to review our new home and I would highly recommend him. Not only is he extremely professional and thorough but he is competitively priced and excellent quality reporting for your money. He's also a very nice man to deal with.

I found the service provided by Snag List Dublin highly professional and truly beneficial to me. Their website was simple to navigate and all the information regarding the snagging process was explained to me in layman’s terms which certainly helped as I hadn't even heard of snagging until I purchased this apartment! I received a good impression when I spoke to John on the phone and he came out to snag my apartment the very next day. I was present at the inspection and he spent time explaining to me the various faults as he found them. The report I received was very detailed and included photos. John also helped follow up with the builder to make sure everything was done as it should. I am so pleased I used Snag List Dublin as my apartment has now been finished to a very high standard.
