2. Examination of the boiler
   (a) Check for any significant corrosion on the boiler’s outer sheet metal.
   (b) Check boiler cast iron areas, water connections and nearby piping.
   (c) Check boiler electrical connections and boiler thermostats.
   (d) Open the boiler and check for cracks in the firebox or back wall.
   (e) Check the draft regulator for free movement

3. Cleaning the boiler
   (a) Brush/scrape & remove soot deposits from the inner chamber baffles.
   (b) Clean all the turbulators & check condensate bowl and extract pipe.

4. Complete burner service

5. Check Remote Fire Valve operation.

6. Check oil filter and clean.

7. Check air inlets to boiler room and burner.

8. Check for cracks/damage to burner refractory

9. Clean/adjust spark electrodes

10. Clean Burner Diffuser and air intake fan

11. Check ignition transformer, flexible fuel line and photocell.

12. Carry out Flue Gas Analysis and adjust Oxygen, CO2 and CO for max efficiency
