Thomas Cullen B.C.L., B.L., M.B.A. has over 30 years’ experience in managing businesses at every level and as a serial entrepreneur. Since 2003 Thomas has worked with Local Enterprise Offices, Enterprise Ireland, New Frontiers and Skillnet delivering both training and mentoring services. These services include Business Idea Generation, Starting Your Own Business, and Business Development. Thomas has also been a lecturer (National College of Ireland and Dublin Institute of Technology) in Business Planning & Strategy, Learning & Development and Human Resources Management. Working with him is a team of business professionals and I.T supports.
Thomas’s skills and knowledge relating to this specific project Understands the key strategic challenges that Micro / SMEs face as they start and scale. Demonstrable experience in working with Irish SMEs to develop their business plans. A track record of designing practical blended learning interventions that support the business. Has a credible track record and reputation as a presenter and facilitator to an SME audience. Excellent empathy, management and collaboration skill
