Sales and Marketing Recruitment - The People Group, Dublin

Our firm was established in 1989 and is based in the silicon docks of Europe, Grand Canal Dublin. We are Ireland’s most established and trusted Sales & Marketing recruitment specialists. We are extremely well networked, combining the traditional craft of recruitment with a modern digital interface.

The People Group has had many successes over the years, hired some fantastic people who have greatly enhanced the business while developing their recruitment careers. The firm has survived two major recessions in Ireland and we’ve also made a few mistakes along the way. The world has been changed by technology and the panacea of all things ‘Digital’. We’ve invested heavily in these tools. However, the enduring theme of The People Group that continues to develop our people’s careers, place candidates in great jobs in companies they love, and provide solid solutions to our clients are the solid relationships with candidates and clients alike. The culture of the company is built on being Authentic, Genuine and Real. Recruitment processes and solutions with depth and substance.
