Our team of qualified chefs have many years of experience in spit roast barbeques. Providing catering for weddings, family parties and corporate functions. Our trained chefs use only the best equipment and ingredients to provide you with a day to remember.

All of meats we us are Irish, with our hogs coming from both Kerry and Cork farms that we have used for over 15 years. The meats for our famous traditional BBQ’s such as our burgers, chilli burgers, kebab’s are all made by hand here in our own kitchens. Unlike some we do not use frozen prepared foods.

The same is true with all our BBQ salads. These are all made to order and our range is the most extensive of any Irish BBQ company.
