Company description
Progress Life Coach is a Dublin based coaching practice founded in 2021. I am Christopher Lindeman, a psychologically trained coach working with people who feel stuck in their work, their life, or both. Not broken, not lost beyond repair, just stuck.
I hold an ACSTH Diploma in Personal, Business and Executive Coaching and an Advanced Higher Certificate in Life and Workplace Coaching, both from the Irish Life Coaching Institute, alongside a final year BA in Psychology at the National College of Ireland. I am a Student Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
Alongside running Progress Life Coach, I work as an Individual Placement and Support Employment Specialist within an HSE Primary Care Centre, embedded in a multidisciplinary team alongside psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, social workers and community mental health nurses. Since 2022 I have supported over 50 clients into sustainable employment with 95% client satisfaction.
My approach is person centred and holistic. I coach the person, not just the problem. Sessions are one hour, weekly and online.
