PIERCE PROPERTIES, Gorey

A few months ago I was looking to rent in the Gorey area. My girlfriend liked a house in Ballymoney that this man had to let. So we both went to his office but he said that it had been already let. He never took our contact details, mobile nos nothing ??? Six months later and he is STILL advertising it to let and now for a reduced price ? Numerous texts and emails to him about this and various other properties have all been totally ignored ? We both work full time and are careful mature tenants ? So I have absolutely no idea what he is playing at ? A person would have to be stone mad to give him a house to rent or to sell on their behalf because this man is as ignorant as they come and totally clueless. People who know of him have since told me that he is originally from Inch and that he actually has zero experience in the selling and letting of property ? He obviously has zero manners, people or business skills. It seems that any ignorant, dumb ass, totally clueless moron can become an estate agent these days ? They all provide a diabolical service in my experience and treat their clients with the utmost disrespect, total disregard and absolute contempt and they just absolutely screw up EVERYTHING basically. Half of the time they do not even pass on your purchase price offer to the vendor ? Or else they tell you that someone else is also interested (a phantom bidder) and next they have you bidding against yourself while they just sit back and try to inflate the sale price way above the asking price. If someone agrees to pay the full asking price they should automatically get to buy the property. Not so with these corrupt, lying mind game players and total bandits. People with properties to let or to sell should just sell them themselves and not give full control of any asset that is theirs to these total bandits who ALL have their own totally selfish hidden agendas and who don't seem to care in the slightest if they never sell or let a single property ever. Because they are making the REAL money from just advertising these properties which they are happy to just continue to advertise like FOREVER.

Many of bad experiences over a few months with this man. Between Frank not showing up to viewings of premises (and not even contacting me to inform me of this) to me ringing him every day to find a premises and him not working with me. Really unfortunate he is the "go to guy" for some houses. I would not actually go near a house if its him over it. A general all over the place unorganised unprofessional man. Many have a had the same problem thankfully as I was starting to take the ordeal personally! This is the first review I have ever written online. Thankfully I dont come across much bad business
