Catherine has over 8 years' experience as a Physical Therapist working with clients from sporting and non-sporting backgrounds. She complements her role as a physical therapist with her background in fitness instruction. Catherine is a qualified Stott Pilates teacher and combines this with massage, dry needling and kinesio taping in her treatments. She loves to be active and has a personal interest in Astanga Yoga and cycling, completing cycling sportives around the country incorporating working as a physical therapist with the Dundrum Cycling team for the FBD Ras 2006.
