I was very disappointed with the poor customer service, surly attitude, and uniformed stance of the young man left in charge this bank holiday weekend Sunday. It was Spraoi: a busy time by all accounts. I went to return faulty Apple earpieces for my iPhone. The charger detached from the phone… He was utterly unaware of the Bill of Sales Act, preferring to rely on his unfounded assertions that I’d somehow caused physical damage to the device therefore making it unreturnable according to his reliance on a sign on display which said exactly the opposite. Thankfully the mgr when called upon was more up to speed and quickly exchanged the faulty item. No apology was forthcoming from the shop assistant. A lesson in humility and the law would not go astray.
