When someone makes the decision to engage in counselling or psychotherapy it is usually because they are suffering.
It may be anxiety, stress, depression, grief, low self-esteem, relational problems, sexuality, struggles with their identity or any number of issues that they see as the cause of their pain. It may be difficult for them to open up to family or friends about what they are truly experiencing.

Through understanding and acceptance real change is possible. Our hope for our clients is that they find the compassion, wisdom and strength at their cores and that they can find their own versions of Peace Inside.
