I wouldn't advise anyone to shop there. We bought a kingside bed 3 weeks ago,arrived with a faulty base which thy exchanged,then slept on it only to find the sewn in pockets are like lumps of cement and bed is so uncomfortable, we are in agony each day and noticed the new base has two holes in it. Numerous calls,texts and emails and they are still refusing to exchange the mattress or the Base In fact oisin himself hung up on my husband today. It's the worst customer service we have ever experienced and am going to a solicit after the bank holiday DON'T SHOP THERE!!!!!! I wouldn't even give it 1 star but I have to in order to submit a review
