I look forward to visiting Nozomi every couple of months. Their shoes and boots are fabulous, I never fail to come away without at least two pairs. I have introduced my friends to this Aladdins Cave of
“ To die for footwear “
The customer service is superb. We cannot wait for the current restrictions of COVID 19 to lift until we head for Ennis and Nozomi again. In the meantime I will be able to shop in their Online Store.

Purchased boots in Nozomi Ennis in June 2015, boots lifted at front. Rang Nozomi and the only satisfaction I got was "you could certainly take them to a shoe mender and they could stick them". "There is nothing that can be done as they were seriously discounted at the time" is what the lady said to me. I have proof of purchase. No after sales service was accommodated.
