First callout he flooded an upstairs bathroom causing damage to the ceiling and flooring. He blamed the bathroom instsllers. His manner was quite rude and insulting. He for instance, felt the need to let us know his house was much bigger than ours. Second time we needed something was because we couldn't get hot water from our shower. Without even looking at it, he instructed us to buy a whole new shower assembly and said he would install it. We are fortunate we didnt follow that advice, because the actual problem was that the filter needed cleaning due to limescale buildup. Avoid.
