Nom! Treats, Limerick

I had a really disappointing experience with this business. I would not recommend anybody to place an online order. I had never heard of Nom treats but social media pages looked promising so I ordered 3 Kinder Sauce on the 11th of May. I soon after received an email with the receipt and confirming my order was being put together. It said 7-10 working days for the delivery so when I did not receive my order within the time bracket I decided to send an email but no response and I messaged their Instagram account but also no response so I phoned the business and A man answered me and told me they had no order under my name or order number so I explained it was impossible as I had received an email receipt prior so he told me he would speak to his boss and phone me back and now a week later still no call back and no order & they are not picking up the phone. Very disappointed- certainly will not be making an order from this business again and would also advise others not to do so unless they want their money taken and no order! I would give no stars if possible.
