Rossleighan Furniture Ltd & Sons, as New Kitchens Ireland, have been manufacturing kitchen doors and wooden parts and accessories for over 20 years. We supply standard and off standard size doors in multiple styles and sizes, using tulipwood, maple and moisture resistant HDF for our painted kitchen doors. We make our solid unpainted kitchen doors out of whatever wood is requested by our customer. The HDF panels in our painted doors, can be raised panels or flat panels and our solid door's panels can have a solid raised panel or veneered flat panel.

The process starts by the delivery of grade A timbers delivered from a reliable and reputable source. The bale is then ripped down to whatever width rail is requested in the order. It is then planed on our four sided moulder and rails and cross cut to the required length on our cross cut saw. The top and bottom rails are then tenonered. All rails are then moulded to whatever style door is requested on the spindle moulder. The panels are then cut out, spindled to fit snug in the side rails groove. Then the door is glued and assembled in our clamps. Each door is then run through our three belt sander down to 120 grit, sized and squared to 100% on our CNC. The door is then finished with 150 grit orbital sander and ready for collection. Doors are made to any size with whatever quantity of rails requested by our customer. We also make glass frames with slips. We supply cornice, pelmets, dental, fluted pillars, solid dovetail drawer boxes to any size and other wooden accessories. We have a good reputation for product manufacturing speed with two weeks or less waiting time.
