If I could give them a 0 I would. This firm took over my local taxi firm in Blanchardstown, Fitzers cabs, and since then I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. I booked a taxi last Sunday for a friend heading from Luttrelstown to Clontarf. Now I've taken this route in a cab several times, and even in the worst of traffic I've never paid over 30 euro. However, one of their drivers saw it fit to take advantage of my friend's lack of knowledge of the city, taking him on a roundabout route which tallied up to 50euro. I called in to complain 4 days ago, presenting my receipt and the drivers number, and have since heard nothing back from them. If you're unfamiliar with the city, or haven't got a smartphone to watch the drivers route DO NOT ORDER A TAXI FROM THIS FIRM. In short, they're a shower of (insert expletive here)s
