Really disappointed with the service from this company. I shopped around and got numerous quotes. While Fordes were a little more expensive I felt like i wanted to keep my business local so went with them. There were numerous delays and long periods where I heard nothing from them at all. When I put some pressure on a guy was sent out who was very surly and not very communicative. In the end the job was not even completed, cracks resulted in the chimney which were only partly repaired. I had to get someone else out to fix them. My advice, go elsewhere where they might value your business, I wish I had.
