Absolutely fantastic service and so efficient. I could not get an appointment with our own GP for my daughter who was very sick so I rang them and within 10 minutes they rang me back and did a virtual appointment with my daughter. The doctor was so nice and so patient with us and their staff are most polite and very efficient. I could not fault this service at all and I would highly recommend them.

I had tried to get an appointment with my own Gp a few times during December - with no success. By 26. December, I was desperate to see a doctor. The friendly voice on the phone told me to come in. I was seen swiftly, diagnosed and a prescription was emailed to the nearest pharmacy. Beyond grateful for this service. Hope not to have to return in the near future, but would not hesitate to recommend mydoc. Great care and peace of mind.
