Jola is a highly qualified, experienced, and professional Pilate’s instructor who is passionate about the work that she does; she stays up-to-date with the latest research. Every exercise she does with me is done with precision! She is meticulous about every aspect of Pilates! Exercises are personalised and designed in order for me to master the correct Pilates technique, and to get the best out of each session that I have with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the ‘safety’ aspect of Pilates which allows me to feel safe and comfortable doing sessions with her. We have a very good rapport and I thoroughly enjoy my Pilates lessons! Thank you Jola!
