Extremely disappointed with 5/6 weeks delay in replacing a part for a new ceiling hoist supplied recently to Cope Foundations Hydrotherapy Pool at Montonotte Cork city this has resulted in the most severely disabled unable to access pool for their physiotherapy and exercise this is not what one should expect from a company that makes its profits from disabled customers
