Description

At Michael Griffin & Sons, we offer a professional building service to home owners in Limerick City and County. We offer a complete building service, right from planning & groundworks, up to the very end.

We are fully insured and have over 45 years of experience. We are also members of HomeBond.ie This means that we have been fully inspected and all our work and materials are of a high standard..

Michael Griffin & Sons also specialises in Disability Grant Aided Work. In 2014 the original regulations for the scheme were amended. You can find these here. This grant allows for changes in the home, such as making it wheelchair accessible, adding ground floor bathroom, accessible showers, stair lift, installing grab rails, installing access ramps and much more.
