We went to Charleville from London. And went into Mes-Amis. We had nails done and other beauty stuff done. We found the staff to be very warm and welcoming. The work done was very professional. Nails were done by a lady called Lorraine which are fantastic. And the beauty done by Evelyn. Highly recommended.

Very poor. Questionable techniques and hygiene. Customer service also leaves a lot to be desired.

Decide to go here to get a set of gels. The girl who usually does them wasn't there I was told, but was offered for another girl N***** to do them. She kept trying to get me to get shellac instead of gels which I had booked in for. She got fed up and ended up being very aggressive and the end result was damaged cuticles and a badly cut thumb that pumped blood due to her being rough and fed up.
