I went in to Menders today to get a new strap for my grandads old watch and the service was top class! Within 15 minutes the kind woman I dealt with was able to replace the strap while still keeping the fashionable vintage look to it. I’m delighted with how it looks and can’t thank Menders enough for giving this watch the chance to live on for another generation🙌
