I have had many issues with MFO. One of them is not giving back the deposit and he says it was because he needed to pay the PRTB registration. When I asked for the PRTB number he never gave it to me. He would only answer different things. So I contacted the PRTB and told them that he did not register the apartment with the PRTB. Guess what, they did not find us in the records as registered tenants. I told him that I contacted the PRTB, and that we were not registered and that there are fines of thousands of euros or even jail. Guess what, he finally registered (I actually tracked the time when he registered the apartment through the PRTB website) this December! As of today the situation is that he does not reply to the emails, although I told him that we need the contract and the receipts which belong to us for our records. If I had known that he was going to behave like this, I would never have rented a house through him. I hope this can help other people to stay away from MFO.

It is hard to believe that a company like this continues in the market!!! Do not trust them! They only care about the money, not about you! Remember that! As soon as they get the money, they don't mind anything else!

I can believe his company is still working. With them I only had problems and problems. If somebody reads this, I recommend to find another way to get housing. Everything was a mess in this company
