Awful experience in store, purchases a pair of shoes for my partner and the following day needed to return them, was told by an older lady who has very bad people skills and manners that id get a credit note only as she knew the law and would not issue me a cash refund and was then handed the shoes back along with a card for consumerhelp.ie. Out of principle against her attitude and manner I have contacted my solicitor and will prosue getting a cash refund.
