Maxi Zoo Belgard, Dublin

Left out Family Dog into Maxi Zoo Grooming Centre at the Belgard retail park on thr Belgard road in Tallaght Dublin 24 on April 5th 2023 After paying €55 for the grooming session for 45 mins … our Poor Dog was cut way to short and very uneven … I have been calling since 6th April … took me ten days to speak with a floor manager even though I had left 3 messages with other staff member .. when I called after 3 days of my call not been returned.. I called again and by chance the Store Manager John answered .. he said he had seen the messages to call me but He was To Busy to call .. he offered to take are dog back in and even out the bad cut … I said no .. and asked for refund .. he said he would have to get the area manager to call me .. that was a week ago today .. I called maxi zoo head office in cork .. left a voicemail for Tracey never called back then I called again got a helpful staff member that took down the details and said he would get the District Manager to call me .. it might take a couple of days .. was expecting the call back by Wednesday… but it’s now another Friday 21 st of April … and Still no return call from the area manager or the district manager .. Bad and Rude Management NOT to return calls ..let’s see what next week brings … I would avoid Belgard maxi zoo and any maxi zoo if this is how the mangers . Area Managers and District Manager deals with complaints… they just IGNORE them ….
