Poor property management (requests of the residents ignored, with no solutions offered). Rude and arrogant service. As OMC, the directors refuse to provide contracts to prove their expenses.

The facts that are related in the above review are absolutely false. We speak with authority because we are the Board of Management of the above complex. The malfunctioning lift was signalled to Managewise on Tuesday at lunchtime. On Wednesday morning it was fully functioning. The lights likewise were signalled to Managewise at lunchtime on Tuesday. Darragh, the lighting technician, was working at 10 pm the same evening to make sure everything was fully functioning. No better service could be expected from anyone. We have worked with Managewise, and with Gillian Duffy in particular, for the whole of this year. As a Board, we have undertaken major projects. Gillian and the team at Managewise have been behind us all the way, 100%. They not only maintain our complex, they ensure a happy and harmonious living environment. We, as a board, have achieved more in a year working with Gillian Duffy and Managewise than we have in the past six years. We give Managewise a five star rating and would unreservedly recommend them to any Board of Management who are looking for a Management Company.
