New Wave Shift was founded by Liz Moloney, designed to assist anyone who is having difficulty overcoming their obstacles and any barriers they face, and in turn helping them to realise their full potential and achieve their goals. Liz is a professional, highly skilled, and empathetic Life Coach and Counsellor and also specializes in the area of Coaching such as Life Coaching (ICF Approved), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), and Mindfulness. Liz is also very dedicated to her own continuous professional and personal development with the aim of continuing to offer the best possible support to all of her clients, along with providing affordable life coaching sessions for all.

Liz created New Wave Shift on the premise that our lives are very similar to that of the waves on the ocean, always changing and responding to the environment in all our wonderful and sometimes challenging ways, with all the different stages of life to be like waves. In recent years, we have become very familiar with quite a large wave, let us not mention the “C” word, which completely changed our lives. We were all left stuck with nowhere to go or turn to. However, some of us are still left reeling from the aftermath. It has caused us to think very differently, now we are re-evaluating our lives and how it has ultimately changed how we view life itself. Some thoughts come to mind such as “I no longer want the same life as I used to, relationships in my life have broken down, people have changed, my career doesn’t fulfil me anymore, I want to improve my life.”

Here comes the next and very important question, “How do you want to move forward?” Needless to say, as your coach, you will not be alone, I will be here to provide you with a space that is confidential, safe, professional, and supportive, and equip you with the tools to make the necessary changes to see progress in the areas of your life that require attention.
