DO NOT GO HERE! Especially if you want to do braids. As a Nigerian myself, I completely understand the exploitative nature of Africans even as they leave their country. I mean the cost of making braids in Europe is unforgivably expensive but still legal. Yay! capitalism right? Well, my real problem with this shop was "Fran". Ohmigod, I have never met anyone so Dismissive and Passive-Aggressive in my entire experience in the service industry. She had this entitled vibe about her, coupled with this repulsive attitude. It was like making my hair was beneath her; she refused to listen to correction or suggestions. At one point I simply asked her to comb my hair from the ends to the root and she clapped back by saying "my hair, is kinky and so it was not her fault" why so defensive? Throughout the entire time she kept throwing shade at my natural hair and in the end, she did a terrible job. The size was all wrong, She barely finished each braid now all my ends look tacky and unkempt and she didn't even trim the damn thing! now after spending 50 euros, I have to sit for hours and trim each of the braids myself like I had it done for free. She has the worst people skills. Idk if it's because I'm too young to deserve her respect or too old to come with my mom (someone who would deserve her respect) She is both unskilled and Unwelcoming, you don't need to go to business school to tell that that is a TERRIBLE combination.
