A new low for shockingly bad service. Huge, valuable package left in middle of driveway for me to struggle with alone while incredibly rude driver just got back in his truck and drove away. They hadn't even told me they were coming. Phonecalls of complaint not returned. Emails unanswered. They should be put out of business by a regulator

Avoid using these guys at all costs, they have no place calling themselves couriers. They left my parcel worth €700 on my driveway as they claimed it was too heavy to lift. There was a porch that would have provided some shelter from the rain just 10ft to the left.
If you're a business reading this do yourself a favour and avoid contracting these clowns to deliver for you as your customers will just end up really unhappy.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I'm a building contractor and booked their relatively expensive service. Instead of a day like a normal courier for kitchen shipping they took a week, did not bother to tell us it would take a week and would not give me the time of day nor an apology when I rang then up to ask what was going on. In fact the rep I talked to essentially hung up on me.
