Hello Sir/ Madam, Incident time: 28/May/2024 around 08:00 Pm With a heavy heart I wanted to have this brought up to you attention of today’s event. This evening around 8’o clock me and my colleagues walked in since I visit your casino once in a blue moon for fried prawns best in town. The doorman’s (old age fellow for identifying since he refused to tell his name) behaviour was condescending from the get go. Upon leaving the bar since no one was at the cashtill when asked about it to the same guy he started yelling. Calling me by names racial remarks and all that which I requited with elements of respect and told him to mind his p’s and q’s as I’m an well educated citizen and a county’s doctor who serves his community even though I’m not a native Irish. All was in good faith and in the realm of professional tonality but his behaviour was verbally abusive and insufferable. I honestly thi this was not his first time judging from his carefree rude attitude and verbiage as if he has gotten away from it many times already. One of the fellow visitors and colleagues have it on tap as well for legal proof. I hereby kindly ask you to take the matter seriously since this is not the customer service on your end and goes against the t&c’s of professional decorum being at the receiving end. Now some people would ignore it but since I am not accustomed to such behaviour and I believe there should be a comeuppance an apology on a personal or legal way. I would appreciate a kind response back from you Regards
