This company is a joke, been dealing with their salesperson Tom for the windows on a house renovation. I understand there's supply chain issues, but what i can't stand is the constant lies and incompetence! After all the headaches and delays, one of the windows was delivered wrong and the rest are catching or not opening. It's a disaster and the response is more ignoring, lies and the dog ate my homework level excuses. I sincerely wish i never had the displeasure of working with these people and strongly urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere.
