Description
Ken, originally from Dundrum, Co. Dublin, started work with Nyhan Brothers Butchers in Dundrum Shopping Centre aged twentyone after living in Holland for a year. He worked with Nyhan Brothers for nineteen years gaining his experience and training in apprentice butchers. In 1990, because of his outstanding devotion to the shop, and knowledge of correct meat cuts, Ken became shop manager and remained in this position for seventeen years.
