This service provides a safe, supportive and confidential space to explore any issue that is causing difficulty in your life. This could include, feelings of depression or anxiety, a bereavement or loss, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, stress, feeling overwhelmed, or an issue that you feel is preventing you from living life to the full.
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, holding a B.A. (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I work in a humanistic and integrative way with individuals over 18 years of age.
My practice is based at Lower Abbey Street in Dublin City Centre, located beside the Abbey Street LUAS stop and a short walk from Tara Street station.
